At Balance Pilates my focus is to help you understand the internal workings of your body and improve your daily tasks such as tying your shoes, improving balance, bending over, picking/lifting, getting up and down from your chair or car, playing with your kids or grandchildren, or your dog and much more.

My sessions focus on proper technique, alignment, anatomy, and over all well-being.  By refining these elements, you can also improve your physical appearance and performance in activities such as surfing, golf, dancing, hiking, jogging, or anything else you would like to enjoy.

I have experience working with diverse clients of all ages and backgrounds, including young children, athletes, those with scoliosis, post-surgery, pre/post-natal, injured clients, or geriatric population. I provide specialized instruction to meet your unique needs.
